Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and the accounts of users you add.

Trials and subscriptions

Each app has a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using it.

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly per app and renew automatically unless cancelled before the period ends. Listed prices exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice.

We may change prices; a change does not affect a period already paid, and we will tell you before renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from your account area at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees for a period already started are not refunded unless the law requires it or we decide otherwise.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to you. You grant us the right to process it only to provide the service, under our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time during the subscription and for a reasonable period after it ends.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and returns you issue, and for obtaining the consents needed for personal data you enter about your customers and staff.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to send spam, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt, copy or resell the service without written permission.

AI features

Answers from the AI assistant and AI Employees are automated and may contain mistakes; review them before relying on them for a financial or legal decision. You are responsible for your AI employees' instructions and what they send to your customers.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times; it may pause briefly for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We develop the apps continuously and may change features without materially reducing what you subscribed to during a paid period.

Intellectual property

The service, its design and brand belong to Connvai. These terms grant you no right in them other than the right to use them during your subscription.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss caused by misuse, and our total liability does not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or unpaid fees after notifying you; you may end your subscription at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes and contact
